Meet Anthony

Anthony began his career at Reitman during his college years as a janitor commuting back-and-forth on the weekends to clean the office for his mother (to this day you can still see Anthony cleaning a bathroom that may have had malfunction). After graduating in 1993 with a degree in health education he spent several months as a trainer at a local gym before coming into the business with his mother. He began by running a temp coordinator desk and learned the business from the ground up spending many years under the tutelage of the fine team that his mother had assembled. Shortly after he began to branch off into more direct hire work to complement the temporary business he had developed with so many clients. As the business expanded, so did his thought process to expand the scope of service and zero in on the areas in which they knew they could excel. 

Meet Kevin

Kevin joined Reitman in 1997. A graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University with a BS in Business Management, he is a member of multiple electronic security industry organizations, including the Connecticut Alarm and Systems Integrators Association and serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce. With the launch of Reitman Security Search in 1999, Kevin established Reitman as the electronic security industry's leading recruiting resource. Recognized as a key influencer in the space, the division has built strategic relationships with Fortune 100 and early-stage, aggressive-growth clientele throughout the US and Canada. They include some of the industry's most prominent manufacturers, distributors and a wide range of system integrators. Kevin's local and Security Search practice reflects executive-level partnerships and includes senior executive/strategic, sales management, engineering and technical recruitments. Kevin coaches a number of youth sports teams in his hometown and volunteers at community events. Kevin is blessed with a great sense of humor which he shares with all.

Meet Christen

Christen joined Reitman in 1998. Her amazing organizational skills enable her to manage all administrative, bookkeeping and computer functions and have consistently and significantly supported and contributed to Reitman's success. She also assists Anthony and supports our other recruiters in our candidate placement process.

Meet Cindy

Cindy joined Reitman in 2010. She is a graduate of Temple University with a BA in Communications. Cindy successfully places temporary and direct hire staff throughout Connecticut. Her compassionate style and consultative approach helps hundreds of clients solve staffing problems of varying complexity.

Meet Marcia

Marcia joined Reitman in 2014 and has successfully developed and served numerous new clients during her tenure. She offers excellent customer service and the ability to provide support to clients with all of their staffing requirements. She excels at finding talented individuals for some very difficult openings. She is a graduate of University of New Haven and has a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice.

Meet Brandon

Brandon joined Reitman in December 2015.  With his many years’ experience in human resources and customer service he successfully sources and evaluates top talent for our clients. Known for this unique skill and a charismatic personality he offers positive results to all who work with him. Brandon is a graduate of Paralegal Studies and possesses good analytical problem solving ability.

Meet Lisa

Lisa joined Reitman in February 2018 after many years running a small business. She is responsible for processing payroll and she assists Christen (Office Manager) with various other projects. Lisa is a graduate of the University of Minnesota degrees in Art History. She is currently the President of the Saint John Home and School Association and is actively involved in her two sons' extracurricular activities. We value her contribution to our success.

Meet Olivia

Olivia joined Reitman in 2022, a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University with a BS in Marketing /Communications. She helps our candidate development team while providing creative direction for Reitman’s social media and marketing campaigns. She particularly enjoys helping candidates find their next great opportunity. She is working toward being a full-scale recruiter by honing her client assessment skills to understand their needs better. She is excited for what is to come in the future at Reitman and she has been a dynamite addition to our team.

Meet Brianna

Brianna joined Reitman in 2022 after graduating from SCSU with a degree in Business Marketing. She enjoys the candidate development process, helping place candidates in their new roles, and helping clients solve their most challenging staffing needs. Brianna also helps manage our social media content and provides creative support to marketing strategies. We are excited about what her future holds in the recruiting field.
